Volunteer Opportunities
Animal Care
Socialize cats, walk dogs, clean kennels, and ensure the shelter pets get love and exercise.

Event & Fundraising
Help organize or staff bake sales, adoption fairs, and fundraisers like our annual quilt raffle.

Foster Programs
Regular Foster Program
Temporary homes for pets in need
Open your home to a pet in need – temporarily! Some animals need extra TLC, recovery time, or socialization in a home environment. PAWS provides food, supplies, and vet care; you provide love and a safe home until the pet is ready for adoption.

Learn More About Fostering
Seniors-for-Seniors
Special program for 60+ community members
This specialized program matches people 60+ with older, gentle pets for mutual companionship. The pet stays with the senior as a long-term foster, while PAWS covers medical costs. It's a beautiful way to provide love and receive companionship.
